You’ll be at the heart of B-Parts customer success team, empowering the circular economy.

• Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
• Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;
• Helping fulfil purchase exchanges for customers;
• Ensuring the customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of claims;
• Tasks are carried out in writing, so well-developed written communication skills are a must.
• Being problem-solving orientated.
