We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing pool service company. This role is responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, and promoting our pool maintenance, repair, and service solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where relationship building and closing sales are key. This position will serve Miami-Dade County, including the following areas: Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Miami Shores, Surfside, North Beach, Bal Harbour, and Key Largo. Key Responsibilities * Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting * Meet with homeowners and property managers to present pool service solutions * Prepare and present service proposals and pricing * Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients * Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, outside sales, or customer service preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Experience in the pool, home services, or construction industry is a plus but not required What We Offer * Competitive compensation ($60,000- $80,000- depending on experience) * Training and growth opportunities within the company Equal Opportunity & Drug-Free Workplace Statement We are a Drug-Free Workplace.
