Sales Representative Position Type: Full-time, Permanent At Portable Electric, we aren't just building power stations; we are building the future of clean mobile energy. We are a Vancouver-based clean tech leader replacing noisy, toxic fossil-fuel generators with our silent, emission-free VOLTstack® ecosystem. We are looking for an East Coast-based Sales Representative who refuses to take "no" for an answer. You will be the front-line of the energy transition, getting our technology into the hands of major players in Film & TV, Construction, Events, and Emergency Response. What You’ll Be Doing: Hunting & Closing: Identify new business opportunities in target verticals (Film, Construction, etc.) and turn cold leads into long-term partners. Educating the Market: You aren't just selling a box; you’re teaching customers how to transition from diesel to electric. You’ll run demos and prove the ROI of the VOLTstack units. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are maximizing their usage of our equipment and Neuron OS™ software. Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market trends. Who You Are: A "P.O.W.E.R." Proven Closer: You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building and closing $million+ deals (Bonus points for hardware, equipment rental, or clean tech experience). Tech-Savvy: You can explain technical concepts (volts, amps, kWh) simply and persuasively in a customer-friendly way. Resilient & Self-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where things move quickly.
