Description Job Title: Sales Representative – Power Generation Market Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 base salary + uncapped commission Travel: Up to 50% Additional Requirement: Proven Sales History in the South Florida Standby Power Generation Market About the Role We are seeking a high-impact, growth-driven Sales Representative to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the industrial and power generation markets. In this role, you will drive regional sales activity for Engineered Systems, Products, and Services while expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships in the South Florida standby power generation industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and close business opportunities in marine and power generation markets in alignment with revenue targets. Expand new and existing client relationships through early engagement, consultative selling, and strategic positioning. Maintain strong knowledge of market-specific solutions, customer needs, and industry trends. Evaluate inquiries, register and manage opportunity data, and maintain an active sales pipeline. Initiate contact with new and assigned accounts, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations. Stay informed about company activities, industry developments, and relevant regulations. Create and execute sales plans that drive order and revenue growth. Develop service plans to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide management with timely activity reports and updates. Attend trade shows and industry conferences. Manage customer relationships and communicate feedback through established channels.
