Job Summary: As we continue to dominate the aftermarket, we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Powersports Division. This role focuses on driving sales through wholesale distribution by building new relationships, growing existing accounts, and consistently hitting revenue goals. You’ll spend your time prospecting, making outbound calls, visiting customers, and closing deals. The right person is comfortable talking to vendors, managing accounts, and taking ownership of their sales results. Responsibilities: Research accounts, identify key players, and turn opportunities into sales Build and maintain relationships through outbound calls, customer visits, and proactive account management Maintain and grow your customer base within your assigned territory Take ownership of the sales process and confidently close deals Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications: Strong customer-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy helping customers and building trust Sales experience preferred Must have prior experience in powersports or a passion for the powersports industry Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions Confidence communicating in person and over the phone Relationship building skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Drive to be reliable, accountable, and consistent with follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and managing your time Annual Salary Range: $65,000—$80,000 USD Disclaimer: We are an E-Verify employer.
