Description
Responsibilities related to GROWTH include: * Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging existing strengths and identifying new digital opportunities. * Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key digital accounts in cooperation with the Retail accounts team and local sales representatives, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. * Analyzing and qualifying prospective accounts * Conducting initial contact and subsequent sales calls to accounts, selling and establishing relationships necessary to produce first time and repeat business * Surpassing sales quota commitments for your area of responsibility * Design and lead client campaigns and tailored proposals, offering innovative solutions using Pratt’s products and services. * Deliver compelling, professional sales presentations to clients and prospects through in-person and online platforms. * Achieve sales goals set by senior leadership. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management. Responsibilities related to ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT include: * Implementing sales strategies * Creating and maintaining customer and prospective relationships * Managing and closing new sales * Pricing and value proposal creation * Managing working capital and improving cash flow * Working closely with plant management and fellow sales associates * Travel as needed to develop client relationships, attend events, and secure future partnerships. * Keeping current on the competitive activity in the area EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Outside selling experience or related experience or a college degree * Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to drive * Able to load and unload samples from vehicle * Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following: * College degree, preferably in graphics, packaging, sales or business. * Experience in the corrugated box Qualifications - Full Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacations - 401K with a match - Car Plan - Tuition Reimbursement
