Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.  Main Objective:   The main objective of this role is to execute Arthrex’s commercial strategy to achieve the annual sales target across Arthrex’s product portfolio and provide technical and clinical support to surgeons in using Arthrex solutions. The position will be responsible for driving above market sales growth and to build continued success for Arthrex in new business segments. This role will be directly responsible for managing the sales within defined territory. The individual must also be willing to participate in after office hours and weekend on-call work on a rotational basis (compensated with case allowance).    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Aligning, executing and delivering against the SG commercial strategy and associated tactical plans on a territory level   Achieving agreed annual sales targets by managing/developing existing customers and converting prospective ones   Creating territory sales plan to achieve target and tracking/monitoring sales performance against target on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis   Using the sales enablement tool to accelerate business performance and driving leads through the adoption pathway  Overseeing the performance of key accounts within sales territory    Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, colleagues and other employees in servicing of customers' needs   To take a lead role in New Product Launch in defined territory  Ensuring successful product launch in territory by mapping out leads and actively converting them   Providing Sales Manager with supply requirements relating to new business wins and ongoing needs   Actively support tenders and the management of private hospital groups within defined territory   To participate in internal advisory groups providing relevant market intelligence and insights to support the development of sales and marketing strategies (senior)  As Senior Sales Representative, to provide mentoring support to Sales Representatives and Clinical Nurse Specialists (senior)  Being an expert across the Arthrex product portfolio, and providing competent technical and clinical support to Surgeons in the operating theatre  Guiding Surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use of Arthrex products  Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are complete and ready before each surgery  Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and driving/promoting the use of Arthrex products  Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers’ pain points   Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques and taking ownership of personal training plan which will include product and sales training, as well as personal development objectives.  Adhering to compliance policies and guidelines at all times  To be an ambassador for Arthrex and always represent the company in the best manner    Education and Experience:  Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Business or related field  Orthopaedic implant sales experience will be a plus  Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics is an added advantage    Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialised Courses and/or Training:  Strong understanding of the Human Anatomy, Pathophysiology and Biomechanics  Proactive, well structure and independent working style, with a high sense of responsibility and reliability  Ability to quickly form strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations  Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills  Confident and assertive when needed, and proven ability to work under pressure and problem solve  Customer service orientated, strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time management skills   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
