Make a difference as Sales Representative & Product Developer at Enza Zaden As a Sales Representative & Product Developer at Enza Zaden, you bring at least 3 years of sales experience and a strong drive for achieving results. You’ll work with key accounts, selling solutions within our high-quality vegetable seed portfolio. In this role you will need to: Drive sales success: Meet and exceed sales targets for the sales, leveraging your knowledge to promote our product range effectively. Develop new business: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, establishing partnerships with growers to expand our footprint and market presence. Maintain customer relationships: Build and sustain trusted relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored seed solutions. Troubleshoot and provide support: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, offering reliable support and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Product development: Plan, execute and evaluate trials at the growers. Be responsible for trials in sales area. What you bring as a future colleague At least 3 years of sales experience. Located in Gauteng, preferably within the Centurion, Pretoria or close surroundings Customer orientated, results, sales driven and works independently. Strong communication, analytical, collaborative and ability to interact with diverse group of people Agricultural background and love for working in the field and with plants. Willingness to travel.
