Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role bridges customer engagement and technical project delivery, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple jobs, and liaising with both internal teams and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate quotations using our software
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with trade partners and retail customers
  • Present products in our showroom to prospective clients
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously, from enquiry to completion
  • Collaborate with fellow project managers, factory staff, aftersales & servicing, logistics, and senior management
  • Use statements of work and building drawings to inform and prepare quotes
  • Handle customer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support a smooth and efficient project management process end-to-end
