This isn’t your average sales gig, and we are not looking for average. You’ll be hunting down new business, following up with warm leads, and turning conversations into contracts. You’ll qualify prospects fast, armed with the resources and strategy to pitch so well it’s impossible to say no, and back it up with proposals that close deals. From first call to closed deal, you own the sales cycle. Tailoring solutions to each client and making sure our team has everything they need to deliver. You’ll track your pipeline like a pro, keep management in the loop with regular updates, and crush your targets week after week. If you can’t handle a commission-driven role, this isn’t for you. But if you’re up for the challenge, we have an aggressive commission structure that can easily generate you 6 figures. You’ll have a monthly base target that’s expected to be covered by your commissions. Hit that, and anything you sell above your base target is pure income in your pocket. We’re giving you the tools, leads and strategy to make sure you’re not just meeting expectations, you’re smashing them.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media.
  • Strong understanding of sales and sales tactics.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a high standard of professionalism.

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional on a base pay plus commission structure to handle inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, and manage client accounts in Winnipeg and beyond.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Research & acquire new clients as well as follow up with inbound leads.
  • Qualify potential clients, create and deliver effective sales presentations, prepare proposals, and drive sales.
  • Manage prospects through the whole sales cycle.
  • Develop solutions for the client’s personalized needs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate any client needs with the whole team.
  • Reach out to existing clients for continuous growth opportunities
  • Track all sales leads and provide regular reports.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through weekly check-ins.
