We help contractors, subcontractors, and public agencies navigate complex labor laws with full-service compliance solutions. As we expand nationally, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, presenting solutions, and driving business growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with contractors, subcontractors, associations, and business partners. This role requires travel for client meetings, industry events, and presentations. You will play a key role in positioning PWC as the go-to compliance partner in the state and federal public works contracting space.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to executives, contractors, and agency leaders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (15-25%) for events, seminars, and client meetings.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline and lead management.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project/task management platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience selling to construction, public works, government contracting, or compliance-related industries.
  • Familiarity with public contracting processes, Davis-Bacon Act requirements, or prevailing wage compliance.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting industry events, webinars, or training sessions.
