About the Role
Aston Gate Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager / Consultant to join our international real estate brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 2–4 years of experience working with both developers and brokerages who is ready for the next step in their career.
We are offering a competitive package of AED 7,000 – 25,000 (including commission) with unlimited earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales and leasing cycle.
  • Work directly with leading Dubai developers and manage relationships across multiple projects.
  • Advise clients on off-plan and secondary property investments.
  • Conduct property tours, meetings, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Generate new business opportunities while maximizing company-provided leads.
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of real estate experience in Dubai with both developers and brokerage firms.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
