As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Sales Representative to take the lead in overseeing day-to-day sales, managing staff, and driving strategic growth. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
  • Knowledge of the local Vancouver market is a strong asset
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM softwareValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals in the Greater Vancouver Area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
  • Conduct site visits to assess cleaning needs and gather requirements for proposals
  • Prepare and present customized cleaning service proposals and quotes
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and pipeline
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Attend local networking events and industry functions to promote company services
