ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join Regency Adelaide branch at Regency Park to prospect new customers and maintain strong relationships with our established builder portfolio as well as servicing quote leads and enquiries received from retail customers for our Showerscreen, Wardrobe, Splashback and Mirror products in the Southern region.
You will plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets by account management, strategically canvasing new business opportunities targeting new customers, meeting existing clients, measuring and quoting. Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, you will be at ease in developing and maintaining customer relationships by offering hands on support with site visits, measurements right through to after sales support such as investigating any problem that may arise.

In addition, you’ll:

  • create product orders and record customer details in a CRM system
  • strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
  • develop product knowledge
  • manage contacts through Salesforce

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who has a background in the building industry or someone who has been a Sales Rep selling custom made-to-order products within the building industry. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to come off the tools or someone who has been an installer looking to step into a new challenge. In addition, you need to have the ability to build loyal relationships with customers. Seeking a self-motivated, results focused professional with a strong service ethos.

You also need:

  • experience in similar channels working with architects and builders and knowledge of building process
  • ability to manage work independently
  • strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
  • ability to understand the technical product, regulatory and industry knowledge requirements
  • ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
  • strong administrative and organisational skills
