Cole Flooring, a division of Cole Papers, is now expanding into Michigan from MN/WI and looking to hire two Sales Representative in Michigan.

Salary/Commission $80,000/yr salary plus monthly capped commissions.

• Possible sign on bonus.

• Prefer 3-5 years of prior outside flooring sales experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and accounts.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Some of the lines we carry include: Novalis, Beauflor, Raskin, Maxxon and Revolution Mills.
• Professionally represent Cole Flooring and our core company values.
• Should have prior commission-based sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have good references and the best candidates will be asked to take assessment tests.
