WE ARE SEEKING

We’re seeking to hire a qualified Unsolds Agent (Bilingual) to work from our Montreal, QC office. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. This is an in-office position; reliable transportation is required
The Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on Unsold Surveys completed by Field Sales Reps. Agents make note of calls, activities, and update all customer contact information in a proprietary customer database.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A secondary diploma and related experience
  • 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
  • 2+ years related experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory

QUALIFICATIONS
