We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll work across both brands to qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals that align with client needs and company standards.

• Qualify incoming leads using a proven LeanScaper process
• Conduct site consultations and translate client needs into design/build or maintenance solutions
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Use CRM tools to manage proposals, follow-ups, and client data
• Hit monthly and seasonal revenue targets with the support of our operations team
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous improvement reviews
