EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in business development and lead generation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
