Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Remote, US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and referral sources Educate families and partners about ABA services, benefits, and the enrollment process Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and community partners Conduct virtual consultations and discovery calls with parents/guardians Follow up consistently with warm leads to increase conversion rates Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets Maintain accurate documentation of all communications Proven experience in sales, preferably healthcare or ABA-related services Strong phone presence and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections Ability to follow up persistently and close deals Experience using CRM systems Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Understanding of ABA services or healthcare industry (preferred but not required) Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
