Description
Position: Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote (South Africa, US Hours) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach Present and promote products or services to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support lead generation efforts Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Knowledge of the industry or product category is an advantage Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
