JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales representative to lead our growth efforts in the condominium and construction sectors. This is a pivotal role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the GTA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for customer relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales or Sales ideally in security services, property management, or construction
  • Solid understanding of the condo and construction landscapes in Ontario
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) an asset

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the condominium and construction industries
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, builders, developers, and general contractors
  • Conduct site visits and consultations to tailor security solutions to client needs
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate service agreements
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service transition for new clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on performance metrics
  • Attend industry networking events, conferences, and tradeshows to build visibility and partnerships
