REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and Closing: Strong negotiation skills for closing sales deals and contracts
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with tyre products and B2B sales processes
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the automotive or tyre industry
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative / Sales Executive, located in London. The Sales Representative / Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. They will also manage client relationships, provide product information, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting sales activities and results, and contributing to overall sales strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on tyre products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Make daily outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, promote offers, and strengthen relationships.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
