ABOUT WAYFINDER

Wayfinder is a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with some of the biggest names in the tabletop games industry. We’ve helped publishers like Ravensburger, Pandasaurus, and 1985 Games launch record-breaking crowdfunding campaigns and scale e-commerce sales.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative / SDR to own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, and closing. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hunting, building relationships, and closing new business — with the chance to represent Wayfinder at conventions like Gen Con, UK Games Expo, and GAMA Expo.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect new leads through email, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns (using tools like Apollo).
  • Manage warm inbound leads and follow-ups from conventions and referrals.
  • Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and present Wayfinder’s services.
  • Close new retainers (average $4k CAD/month deals) independently for smaller accounts, and with CEO support on larger ones.
  • Represent Wayfinder at conventions — network, book meetings, and generate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly reporting in HubSpot CRM.
