Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• Provide a professional response and action customer enquiry via phone and email

• Respond in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner, ensuring first call resolution.

• Accurately processing all phone and email orders into ERP system.

• Quoting, providing customers with product information and upselling products.

• Handle customer complaints and forward to appropriate departments for resolutions as required.

• Communicate with accounting department regarding customer accounts.

• Proven experience in a fast paced sales environment

• Passionate & Self Motivated

• A positive can do attitude that craves success

• A true passion for driving sales & providing outstanding customer experience

• Someone who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere

• Clear and fluent English

• Excellent communication skills

• Multi-lingual is favorable but not essential

Experience in sales or hospitality is prefered
