SALES REPRESENTATIVE (DUBAI)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelancer
Compensation: Incentive-Based (Performance-driven earnings with high commission)

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Experience in IT Sales (0–3 years) – Preferably in real estate tech, software solutions, or SaaS.
✅ Real Estate Knowledge – Understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, agencies, and digital property marketing.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
✅ Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close deals.
✅ Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Should thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
✅ Technical Aptitude – Comfortable with CRM, digital marketing, and website solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and approach potential real estate clients in Dubai.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct virtual and physical meetings with prospects.
  • Product Presentation & Closing Deals:
  • Present and demonstrate RealtyX portal and add-ons (CRM, lead generation chatbot, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Educate clients on how RealtyX can boost their property marketing and sales.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends.
  • Identify emerging opportunities for RealtyX in the UAE property sector.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, and sales progress.
  • Provide feedback to the team for service improvements.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
