QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Technical Qualification, Degree, or equivalent, in Laboratory Medicine, Biology or Biotechnology (or similar).
Proven successful Sales experience in a similar market environment.
Excellent German and fluent English (written and oral) .
Clean Driving License
Ability to travel 80% in Germany, occasional European travels

Responsibilities

Promote product portfolio, negotiate contracts and close sales in order to achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets along with driving longer term sales performance .
Delivery of portfolio presentation and demonstrations
Enter on a daily base all activities, opportunities, and related information into the CRM.
Ensure all reporting and forecasting is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Monitor performance and devise corrective action plans with Country Manager where necessary.
