Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Kubota and other related equipment to a diverse customer base, including farmers, commercial businesses, and homeowners. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST have agricultural equipment or construction equipment operation or sales experience.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or equipment industry. An understanding of AG is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Kubota products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
