Frank Beer Distributors in Baraboo, WI is now hiring a Sales Representative. The team members of Frank Beer Distributors are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. In this role, you will develop and sustain professional sales relationships while promoting and merchandising the company’s products and programs across accounts within your assigned territory. Collaborating closely with your manager through a structured pre-planning process, you will work to meet both individual and company sales goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a designated territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts Conduct regular sales calls to maintain relationships and drive new business Achieve and exceed monthly sales, distribution, and performance goals Place, track, and manage customer orders using internal systems Execute promotional programs, pricing initiatives, and pre-sell activities Introduce new products, brands, and packaging to customers Monitor customer inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability Merchandise products, build displays, and maintain shelf and cooler standards Ensure proper product rotation, freshness, and quality standards are met Install and maintain POS materials, signage, and promotional displays Analyze sales trends, market activity, and competitor pricing Support account resets and collaborate with category management teams Conduct inventory counts and manage back-stock organization in accounts Deliver “hot shot” or urgent orders when needed Assist with customer training on products, features, and promotions Participate in supplier events, work-withs, and industry functions Collaborate with delivery, merchandising, and internal sales teams Maintain accurate reporting, surveys, and documentation of account activity Monitor and manage customer credit status and outstanding balances Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed What You’ll Bring: Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in beer, wine, and spirits is a plus Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ year of sales experience (beverage or related industry preferred) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must be able to obtain required permits
