Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Join a fast-growing, family-owned hair & beauty salon based in Southern California that’s modernizing 20+ years of heritage with data-driven marketing and remote sales operations. The salon serves a loyal and diverse clientele—primarily women aged 40–70—offering services from haircuts and coloring to lashes and permanent makeup. Your work will directly impact daily revenue by converting social media leads into booked and showed-up appointments. Key Responsibilities Call 150–300 new leads daily using scripts and proven processes. Engage warm leads from social media ads and booking forms. Build trust quickly and guide prospects to book same-day or next-day salon visits. Follow SOPs to qualify needs and overcome objections. Accurately log all activity in the CRM and maintain clean records. Work closely with the salon team to ensure no-shows are minimized. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to dials, conversions, and attendance. 6–12 months in a sales development, appointment-setting, call center, or similar outbound role Biligual fluent in English and Spanish Friendly, confident phone presence with clear spoken English and positive energy Ability to build rapport quickly with women aged 40–70 Driven by performance metrics and comfortable with commission-based earnings Strong organizational skills and data hygiene habits Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Vagaro, Boulevard, Salesforce, HubSpot) Bonus: Interest in the beauty industry or prior experience speaking with female clientele Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply, given the nature of the customer base 💰 Competitive base salary + commisions 🌎 100% remote position – work from anywhere 🚀 Direct impact on business outcomes and client happiness 📈 Long-term potential with a fast-scaling beauty brand 🗓️ Work with a stable, family-owned company modernizing its operations
