Key Responsibilities *Make a database for all customers (construction projects , construction companies, landscaping companies and other nurseries. *Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily sales plan. * Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports. *Daily visit report. Achieve sales target. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base. * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. * Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
