We are a dynamic and growing organization with roots in Texas, Georgia, and Florida who is looking for a dedicated leader to drive the sales performance and operational excellence we are known for. Our goal is to continue our previous growth and expansion into new territories and areas by developing strong client relationships and ultimately doubling our current office footprint. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has experienced success in Staffing Industry Sales, someone who understands the importance of client centered activities with an extremely strong focus on customer service. Duties will consist of the following:

  • Manage the client initiatives, demonstrating a drive to succeed and exceed the expectations set forth.
  • Develop internal sales initiatives and manage the overall office productivity related to sales
  • Perform standard day to day tasks in an industrial staffing office
  • Provide guidance and best practices for office team
  • Exhibit leadership and mentorship to teammates
  • Support the development of internal staff
  • Identification of and expansion into new territories
  • Develop new office locations based off market research and opportunistic client relationships
  • Drive revenue and new sales initiatives
  • Increase active client relationships in new locations or departments
  • Provide training and mentorship for sales staff
  • Interact with networking groups and industry related events and activities

In order to be considered for the opportunity, qualified candidates must have the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Operations or related in the Staffing Industry
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to identify prospects and enter into new agreements
  • Desire and prior experience developing staff for Operations and Sales initiatives
  • Significant experience with development of new and existing client relationships
  • Strong ability to communicate responsibilities and tasks to teammates
  • Desire to be successful
  • Prior experience as a leader
  • Previous experience within a growing organization with expanding offices and territories

Position will include a competitive base salary as well as commission on any new business and bonuses for reaching milestone sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
