QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
· Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail and
complimentary services
· Proficient computer skills
· Ability to learn and use the ClubReady studio software system
· Excellent communication skills – written, in person, telephone
· At home in a growth and performance culture with using metrics to set and exceed

ABOUT THE ROLE
StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated team member to help build the brand in Winnipeg. The Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by deploying a variety of strategies to bring new members to the studio and booking them into their introductory stretch session. The Sales Representative also assists with membership sales retention. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an hourly wage plus performance-based commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and
close
· Book and confirm introductory stretches / appointments
· Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the
studio
· Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s
needs and wants.
· Maintain a high level of membership sales production
· Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
· Present available services to current or prospective members
· Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, sporting, community and
grassroots opportunities) to promote the studio
· Ensure studio is clean and tidy
