The Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking upgrades. This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are personable, motivated, and passionate about home improvement and sales. The position includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure. Role Description and Expectations Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutions Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff. Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referral opportunities Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availability Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools Goal oriented with a competitive drive Excellent communication and relationship building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Trustworthy, professional, and solution focused.
