As a Sales Rep with Each 1 Teach 1 Marketing, you’ll connect with potential customers at events, retail spots, and other pop-up locations—sharing energy products and services in a fun, engaging way. Your main mission is to sign up new customers for energy services while keeping conversations positive and helpful. You’ll have individual goals set by you and your Team Lead or Area Manager, and you’ll work side-by-side with teammates to swap ideas, learn what’s working, and keep customers happy. Together, you’ll stay on top of market trends and help drive exciting sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities Promote sustainable energy products to residential customers (no door-to-door or cold calling). Enthusiastically approach customers Share offers from NRG Energy and enroll customers using company-provided tools. Attend paid training and regular team meetings. Follow compliance standards and site safety rules. Represent partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We’re Looking For Friendly, reliable, and ready to start right away. Great communicator who enjoys working with people. Comfortable using a tablet or learning new tech. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
