Job Summary** As a Sales Representative for Tempur Japan, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share of our premium sleep products within a designated territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring optimal product placement, training, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, including department stores, furniture stores, and specialty sleep retailers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Tempur Japan's distribution network. * Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail staff to ensure a thorough understanding of Tempur products and selling points. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review. * Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and marketing activities as required. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Qualifications** * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consumer goods, retail, or luxury product sectors. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong presentation and public speaking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in Japanese is essential, both written and spoken. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
