Description Sales Representative / Territory Manager – Aesthetic Devices Location: Denver, CO Industry: Medical Sales / Aesthetics Overview A leading aesthetics technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Territory Manager to drive growth across the Colorado market. This role focuses on selling innovative, results-driven aesthetic device technology into plastic surgery and aesthetic practices. The ideal candidate brings strong capital equipment sales experience and a proven track record within aesthetic laser markets. Key Responsibilities • Manage and expand the Colorado territory, focusing on aesthetic and plastic surgery practices • Sell advanced, high-performance aesthetic device technology (skin rejuvenation) • Drive full-cycle capital sales from prospecting to close • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and clinical staff • Conduct product demonstrations, in-office trainings, and educational presentations • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning • Travel up to 40% within Colorado Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 • Total Compensation at Plan: $290,000 – $370,000 • Compensation Structure: Base + Commission + Bonus • Car Allowance: $750/month • Travel Requirement: 40% within CO • Relocation: Possible based on candidate • Additional perks and performance incentives available About the Opportunity This role offers the chance to represent a highly effective, well-respected technology delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes. Requirements Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) (required) • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Aesthetic Laser or Aesthetic Capital Equipment sales (required) • Prior experience selling into the Denver aesthetics market strongly (required) • Demonstrated success selling high-ticket capital equipment • Strong clinical demonstration and consultative selling skills • No job hoppers – seeking a stable, consistent sales history • Strong communicator with the ability to influence physicians and practice owners
