Job Description:  Sell the company's products to generate profits by providing our customers with personalized, high-quality service and advice, helping to achieve the objectives of the area and creating sustainable relationships with our clients. Employment Status: * Full Time * Salaried * Reports to: Sales Manager (North) * Location: Jalisco Job Responsibilities: * Sell agrochemicals. * Manage a sales territory and inventory. * Handle collections. * Conduct budget and commercial planning. * Participate in expos and technical talks. * Continuously organize training, demonstrations, and field tours with clients. * Conduct market intelligence for decision-making.  Education:  * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (graduate). Skills and Knowledge: * Languages: Spanish / English 50% * Travel Requirements: Yes. * Experience: 3-5 years in agricultural sales. * Experience in handling agrochemicals. * Knowledge of the region, both in the field and crops, and in relationships with potential customers. * Proficiency in Office platform, Internet, and Outlook. * Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills, initiative, and ability to interact with internal and external clients. * Organization, dynamism, professional ethics, and teamwork. Job Expectations / Working Conditions: * Frequent travel around the region is required. * The role must be filled by a technical-commercial advisor who combines crop protection knowledge with sales skills, collections management, public speaking and presentation abilities, and customer service.
