Description
Sales Representative in Patra, Greece. This role involves managing a customer portfolio with a focus on profitability, market segment penetration, and growth potential, in alignment with the company's guidelines and commercial strategies. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Area Sales Manager. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while promoting and selling Interbeton products to potential customers. Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively. Foster robust and long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies. Make direct client visits and ensure diligent follow-ups to monitor the growth of their accounts. Track sales metrics within assigned territory, ensuring they align with corporate objectives. Safeguard the company's interests by ensuring timely and full collection of customer debts as per the corporate credit policy. Adhere to TITAN's safety &environmental policies, endorsing best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Prior commercial experience is mandatory. Previous sales experience within the construction industry (concrete, aggregates, paving, etc.) or firsthand construction experience will be a significant asset. Customer centric mindset Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a client-driven philosophy Proficiency in MS Office applications. A customer-centric approach to work. Ability to build and maintain successful relationships, demonstrating respect and openness to others. Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Driving License Military service obligations (if any) must be fulfilled.
