POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals to join our commission-based sales team. This remote opportunity offers $5,000 commission per closed deal with unlimited earning potential. Our typical annual software license sells for $25,000, providing excellent commission-to-deal-size ratio for qualified sales professionals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients (500+ employees)
  • Proven track record closing deals in the $15,000-$100,000 range
  • Experience selling to IT directors, operations managers, or executive-level decision makers
  • Demonstrated success in commission-based or high-commission sales environments
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct product demonstrations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience selling asset management, ERP, inventory management, or related enterprise software
  • Background in manufacturing, healthcare, education, IT services, or construction industries
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas (top 20% performer preferred)
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Technical aptitude for explaining software solutions to diverse audiences
