Job Description
Our Traction store located in Brandon MB is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a regular full-time position.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Schedule visits to meet with existing and/or potential clients to establish a good professional relationship and generate new sales
  • Be responsible for increasing individual sales for the assigned territories
  • Work with store managers to develop sales development plans to grow business with existing and potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Monitor market conditions and gather strategic information on the market and competition.

Salary range: $60,000 -$74,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time within your assigned territory
