Position Overview The role of the Sales Representative is to strategically grow and develop the sell through of Trend Micro’s consumer solutions in their given territory. Primary Responsibilities Visit retail partners to train staff, merchandise stock and attend meetings with store management on a daily basis. Nurture and maintain existing retail store relationships. Achieve quarterly sell-through targets from retail partners for defined area. Merchandise retail stores to maximise brand exposure and sell through. Educate and train retail partners at store visits, conferences, expos and training sessions on the features and benefits of Trend Micro Consumer products. Maintain a weekly/monthly/quarterly call cycle to ensure all stores are visited regularly. Contact key stores as determined by Senior Channel Manager on a weekly basis via email or phone to discuss sell through performance. Provide a weekly activity report which covers store visits, training undertaken, etc. Ensure stores have all relevant and current Trend Micro information and promotions displayed. Provide feedback on competitor activity. Qualification, Skills, and Experience Excellent personal, communication and presentation skills. Confident goal-oriented self-starter. Good organisational and time management skills. Good negotiation skills. A successful background in selling CE (Consumer Electronics) or Telco (Telecommunications) products and/or services. Experience in Merchandising and Training in CE or Telco retailers. Experience developing relationships with CE or Telco retailers Proven successful track record in achieving sales targets.
