POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry, and a strong understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our full range of stone and precast products

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the construction, building materials, or related industries (stone, precast, masonry preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales territory independently
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical knowledge of precast concrete and natural/manufactured stone products
  • Experience reading construction drawings or blueprints
  • Existing network of contacts in the construction or design industry

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, landscaping, and architectural markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and distributors
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and consultations to understand client needs
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, applications, and competitive advantages
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
