SALES REPRESENTATIVE – U.S. AGRICULTURE

Ketchum Manufacturing is looking for a dynamic salesperson to grow the USA agriculture product line in the U.S. Market. The qualified candidate will work full-time from the manufacturing facility in Brockville, ON. Base salary of $52,500 plus commissions.

REQUIREMENTS

· Previous sales experience necessary
· Excellent communication skills and a capacity to influence sales
· Ability to develop strong business relationships
· Good computer skills, comfortable with word, excel, outlook and CRM systems
· Write emails and sales documents in a professional manner
· Must be in possession of a valid passport to travel to the United States

Responsibilities

· Develop and establish relationships with customers and prospective new customers
· Understand the sales and manufacturing process of the agricultural product line
· Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
· Promote products within the US market using various marketing methods
· Continuously source opportunities to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets
· Weekly tracking of sales for reports submitted to management
· Maintain diligence with call planning, reporting and follow-ups to ensure current and future sales opportunities
· Work effectively with other members of the team
· Participate in Tradeshows both in the US and Canada as needed
· Manage time effectively and strive to exceed goals
