QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience, with a preference for industry-specific experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed pre-set sales and activity quotas.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative at UBEO, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business technology solutions through proactive prospecting and engaging client interactions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactive Prospecting: Utilize telephone prospecting and face-to-face cold calling techniques to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough client needs analysis to understand their pain points and challenges.
  • Custom Solutions Development: Develop tailored solutions for both new and existing customers, encompassing hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Showcase the power of our solutions through compelling demonstrations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage clients throughout the lifecycle of their contracts, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Territory Growth: Drive growth and expansion within your assigned territory, meeting or exceeding revenue and gross profit expectations.
