POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring articulate, confident, and highly motivated Student Recruitment Sales Representatives to join our UK-based advisory team. This is a full-time role with remote working options available.
You will handle a combination of inbound and outbound communications, engaging with prospective students who have expressed interest in university study. Your goal will be to assess eligibility, inspire confidence, and guide students through to successful enrolment.
This is a performance-based role that combines structured training, a proven call script, and a mission-led approach to support meaningful conversations with high-conversion potential.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be currently residing in the United Kingdom.
  • Must submit a 90-second video as part of the application (see below).
  • Fluent, confident, and articulate spoken English with a professional telephone manner.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, student advisory, or education recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment with clear targets.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Reliable technology setup (for remote or hybrid workers), including high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment.
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured and engaging consultations via telephone or Zoom.
  • Manage both inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups with warm leads.
  • Assess eligibility based on key criteria: settlement status, previous education, age, work experience, and access to Student Finance.
  • Explain the benefits of the programmes clearly and persuasively, including government funding, flexible study options, and career outcomes.
  • Handle objections and address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and conviction.
  • Collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation for university applications.
  • Submit complete applications to partner institutions and track their progress.
  • Maintain accurate records within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal admissions teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrolment process.
