ABOUT THE JOB

YolBe is an innovative startup leveraging AI to revolutionize workforce development. Our product, Hello, is a human-centered AI onboarding solution that streamlines job matching, improves organizational efficiency, and enhances workforce retention. We’ve received early validation from the market and positive feedback from customers.
Now, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial part-time (or full-time) remote sales representative to rapidly sell our solution to organizations in workforce development, nonprofits, educational institutions, and beyond.
This is a contractor role reporting directly to our CEO and presents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation while making a tangible impact.
We are working with Mission Hires to find someone passionate about driving mission-driven tech adoption.
Our team has been with us for several years so this position could well be LT for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales Hustler Mentality – You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, love chasing leads, and don’t take “no” personally.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales – Prior experience selling software solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Strong research & prospecting skills – Ability to leverage LinkedIn, organization lists, and outreach tools to find and connect with potential customers.
  • Excellent communication – Professional written and verbal English skills are required.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, email automation, and AI-driven outreach techniques.
  • Passion for mission-driven work – Interest in working with organizations that help underserved communities, workforce agencies, and nonprofits.
  • Self-motivated & results-driven – You’re excited to own your sales pipeline and close deals independently.
    Bonus if skilled in graphic design

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Find and contact potential clients using LinkedIn, organization lists, and email campaigns.
  • Cold Outreach & Follow-Ups – Email, message, and call prospects to sell the Hello onboarding solution.
  • Demos & Sales Calls – Book and conduct product demonstrations to convert leads into customers.
  • Market Expansion – Identify new verticals beyond workforce agencies that could benefit from our AI-powered solution.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Keep track of leads, conversations, and sales progress in our CRM.
  • Feedback & Iteration – Work closely with the CEO to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and provide market insights.
