Our client in the UK is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to help qualify incoming leads as the business scales. The ideal candidate will be confident, “on the ball,” and able to manage basic lead qualification tasks independently. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming leads via phone or other communication channels. Qualify leads using straightforward, structured questions. Log lead interactions and meeting setups accurately in a tracking system or spreadsheet. Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding lead status and follow-ups. Support the sales team in maintaining an organized and up-to-date lead pipeline. Strong communication and listening skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Highly organized with attention to detail. Comfortable using spreadsheets or basic CRM tools to log activities. “Switched on” and able to think quickly when handling incoming leads.
