THE OPPORTUNITY:

Vision Executives are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow a million-pound territory in the South UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in medical device and surgical sales—ideally within ophthalmology or diagnostics—who is ready to take ownership of a high-potential region and make a measurable impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics.
  • Experience or strong understanding of the ophthalmology/eyecare market is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing a large, field-based territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South UK.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment into hospitals and private eye clinics.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
