Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, personalized service, and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in the UAE, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
