WCCI specializes in manufacturing, distributing, and installing Aqualoo Washroom Products for the commercial building industry throughout Australia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Representative at WCCI, you will play a crucial role in our sales process and general procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
· Sales Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups for clients in Western Australia and other states to secure orders and ensure satisfaction and address any queries.
· Sales Growth: Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve win rates.
· Tender Review: Analyse and review tender documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Quality Management: Implement and adhere to our quality management system procedures to maintain high standards.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to foster collaboration.
· Subcontract Review: Review and analyse subcontracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
